Students spent this beautiful day outside in Art class creating "chalk art". Our students have greatly enjoyed having Mrs. Cox as their art teacher this semester!
Friday, the 21st will be a professional learning day for teachers. School will not be in session for students.
Yesterday was our Book Fair Luncheon. There was a great turn out with 80 family members coming to enjoy lunch with their student and shop at the book fair!

Reminder that the Scholastic Book Fair at CCES is this week from 4/17/23-4/19/23. Tomorrow is the hot dog luncheon during your student's lunch time. Come enjoy lunch with your student and shop at the book fair. All books are buy one get one FREE!
Today is the State Math Field Day competition. We want to wish our 4th grader best of luck as he competes against other youth in the state. We also have a 7th grader that may participate today as the first alternate. We wish both these youngsters great success with the competition.
Your student will be bringing home this form for registration of summer programs in Ritchie County. Please note that forms are to be returned by Friday, April 28th.

This camp takes place the week of July 10th-13th and 17th-20th. The time is from 8:00 am - 2:00 pm with breakfast and lunch provided. School busses will provide transportation. Look for the registration forms which will be sent home the week of April 11th.
