The Rebel Cross Country team competed at Buckhannon-Upshur on Saturday. Bentlee Williams finished in 2nd place for the girls while Dylan Malolepszy placed 2nd and Kenson Davis finished in 13th in the boys race. The boys team placed 3rd overall.

Superintendent Haught introduced the new employees that will be working for Ritchie County Schools during the opening ceremony today. We would like to welcome these new employees to our county.
Superintendent Haught along with the Board of Education welcomed the staff of Ritchie County Schools back for the 2024-2025 school year today. During the opening ceremony Mrs. Haught presented awards, honored retirees, and welcomed new employees to our county. We are gearing up for a great year to work with the young people of Ritchie County.
