Volunteering at school is a wonderful experience for students as well as adults. As a volunteer in the classroom and office, there may be times in which confidential information (grades, notes, behaviors, health, etc…) may be seen and/or heard. It is important to understand that this information must be kept confidential. In times that you are not sure, it is best to consider the information confidential. If at any time you have questions or concerns regarding confidentiality, please see your principal or Title-I teacher. Sometimes it is difficult to attend trainings at school, so we have uploaded a Presentation to our Website that Volunteers can view and then return the bottom portion of the confidentiality form stating that you understand the rules and responsibility of being a school volunteer.
